"This is an easy place to stay. It’s as advertised - new and very clean. When we booked we were trying to decide between a place in road town on the hill or this location. As we went through the week - we were so happy to stay on the West end of the island. Sopers Hole is a short 10-15 drive, Smuggler’s Cove is 10 minutes, Long Bay Beach is literally over the hill and Cane Garden bay is about 20-25 minutes. "My family and I recently stayed at this gorgeous and private property. I have very high standards after working in hospitality for years, and this was one of the best house rentals we’ve had. We loved the layout and that it offers so much usable outdoor space. We stayed in most nights, used the grill and ate at the dining table that overlooks the ocean with the cross breeze. In the afternoon we would have snacks in the kitchen and loved being able to have all the doors open with the screens...

"We got into Tortolla a day before hopping on our Catamaran trip, and stayed the night. There were 6 of us. Roger was so quick to answer any questions and offer advice… very accommodating! He arranged driver to pick us up at the airport, stop at a grocery and bring us to the place, who then was able to take us out to dinner later that evening. "A home away from home. Inge and Rose have made their vision a mission to cater to guests. A true relaxing Shangri la. Exceptionally clean and superbly appointed. The use linens that have been in Inge's family for 3 generations. A 5min walk to the best public beach I've ever seen (even after many beaches in the Greek islands). Breakfast is amazing. An outstanding cook (Alex) is always on spot. Inge makes it a priority to ensure guests are taken care of, even ordering dinner for us when needed....
