"Absolutely beautiful home and very welcome host, couldn't of done more, went out the way to be polite freindly and provided us with everything we needed to have an amazing stay. Only issue was we had to leave, the children really enjoyed it and wanted to move in, very nice base for exploring local and even if you was to stay in while there we enjoyed socialising and the luxerys like 4 bathrooms, deep bath and showers, comfortable beds, clean fresh bedding and towels provided, everything is well...

"Its okay to get the head down for the night room was clean. The hotel needs a full deep clean and paint and new furniture as it was falling apart. The food was good but no menus or any choices of meal meal. This could be a good hotel if its well maintained to high standards. I would stay again of 1 night "

"Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Great views. Great staff. Great food. Absolutely ideally situated for the hospital. (Liverpool Royal). Right across the road. Could see the hotel from my hospital bed! Definitely stop there again. Entrance is just beautiful!"

"Stayed before. Just a one night stayed following Lytham Festival. All staff helpful and friendly. Room was very warm. Air conditioning unit on wall but no controller. If i was staying for more than one night would have mentioned this at reception. Breakfast good. Will definitely stay again if i need a hotel in Blackpool"

"fantastic service at the restaurant and the bar , the food especially the evening meal was outstanding . Unfortunately for us we couldn’t get the radiator to turn off in the middle of the night , very hot in the middle of summer , the 4th floor dormer /attic rooms are noisey on windy nights , not suitable for people at 5’10 and above due to beams . "
