Food was excellent with more than enough. One down side was I was woken early morning by dogs barking as it’s a dog friendly but at least I was up for breakfast so was nothing to complain would recommend you to stay "

"Weather was not to kind to us but this hotel and the staff gave everything so we could enjoy our break away. Evening meal was lovely along with the breakfast which was amazing. We only had a double bed which although comfy didn’t give us much room not sure now if we could’ve got a king size but would deffo book one next time if we return"

"One night stay to attend concert in Liverpool. Check in was smooth, staff member showed me to room and showed fire exits etc, he was very polite. Room was ideal for what we needed. Clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and modern, shower prowerful, towels and toiletries provided. Free parking on site to the back of the pub. The area was quiet with minimum passing traffic. We didn’t drink or eat in the pub but it looked nice enough. "

"Checked in to the premises for an overnight stay. We were met by a tall young woman who was very welcoming and friendly and I was invited to complete details into a machine, then asked to pay the cost of the accommodation there and then. I explained that I had already done so with Hotels.com.Our room was situated over the bar area. The room was an adequate clean twin bedded space. Two large towels had been provided (not bath sized) that carried the odour of being dried inside and my partner...

"Worst experience ever at a hotel. To begin with we were handed the wrong keys for our rooms and given NO keys for entry into the actual building. This absolutely ruined the weekend as we were forced to sleep on the streets. We woke up and returned to the hotel with a cold and was given no apology or explanation just was told the door is now fixed and to turn the handle the other way. Instead of a refund for the card payment we was told that they do not accept payments from here and we must pay,...
