"Convenient. Good value for money."

"The staff at this place went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. I wanted to give my kids an old fashioned bed & breakfast experience, and this place didn’t disappoint. Paddington Station very close, lots of food choices nearby. We even discovered St. Mary’s Hospital there, where penicillin was discovered. (There was a small museum there about it too). Only downside was there was only one electrical outlet we could find in the room, and no mirror near it, so drying my hair was a bit...

"Disappointing Experience – Hidden Fees and Poor Room Conditions I had a very disappointing experience at Zedwell Piccadilly Circus and would not recommend this hotel. We arrived around noon and were shocked to learn that the hotel wanted to charge us £15 per bag (£45 total) just to store three small bags until check-in. "Friendly staff."

"Book it!!! It’s close to the sights"

"Very comfortable bed and nespresso coffee that is replaced daily. Spotless bathroom with excellent shower. All the staff we interacted with were very helpful and pleasant."

"Great location! In the heart of the old town, felt very safe. Breakfast was excellent, prefect for a day of exploring, Staff were very friendly, and brilliant at breakfast too! Room was very clean. Highly recommend and should be a 4 star hotel! Very impressive and would recommend to anyone!"

"all is good"

"A well maintained hotel, conveniently located. Very good, always ready to assist personnel. The only minus is that the rooms are way too small for the price."

"Always stay here because of the convenience to everything and exceptional staff!"

"We stayed one night on Oct 1st, nice and clean hotel, helpful staff. The only thing that I didn't like is that they changed the room before we arrived as we were 3 people. I booked a queen and 2 twins room online and they changed it to one queen and one twin. Me and my son are big guys and it was not comfortable for us. They let us do 1 hour late check out instead. Next time I will make sure they don't change the room as I paid more for the bigger room."
