"We arrived a couple hours early and the staff made sure we didn't have to wait long to get our room. We had extended our stay and had two separate reservations. They made it easy to just stay right where we were with no hassle. Very attentive and helpful staff!!"

"We had a wonderful 11 night stay in a Superior Room, with a queen bed and kitchenette. The hotel is in a perfect location to walk to all the main theatres, Parliament, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and the British Museum. The National Gallery is minutes away. There are 2 tube stations a couple of minutes away if you prefer. The bed was very comfortable. We only had breakfast there once and it was good. There are several breakfast/brunch places nearby if preferred."

"Cute little room in a nice part of time. Be warned, if you open the window you will know everything that is going on in the streets. It’s can be loud. But all in all a great stay."

"Good hotel and location"

"I stayed in the first month of the hotel opening. The location and design are great, along with the helpful staff."
