"Love the underground parking check-in staff was friendly. Breakfast was good room was clean the room offered an ironing board and iron bathrobe slippers, coffee maker, microwave refrigerator beautiful views of the space needle neighborhood safe highly recommend the king suite"

"They need to do a better job at cleaning the rooms the floors were dirty and disgusting. Random stains on the walls and curtains. Flying bugs squeezing through the cracks of the windows as well. I feel they don’t take their time when cleaning after guests and that’s very disappointing."
