"Staff was extremely helpful, rooms were spacious and quiet, grounds were lovely. Staff arranged transportation to Venezia for sightseeing. Shuttle service was very convenient and worth 5 euros each (but you have to walk to P5 with bags from baggage claim). Dinner at the hotel was good, but we ate simpler foods in Venezia the 2nd night of our stay."

"Very lovely hotel. A bit of a walk to Piazza San Marco, but conveniently located to the Venezia San Lucia train station and the bus station. Beautiful view of the canal from our room. "In general it was good. Breakfast was awesome. Staff are friendly. Bedroom carpet floor not very clean. Our bedroom was smelling of cigarettes, that is the only negative thing. We bought tram tickets from the hotel. Apparently, you need to activate them when you get on the tram. They didnt tell us and we didnt know. We got fined for 100 euros. Do I rent this place again? yes, in general we liked it."

"The rooms are well insulated. Even though there was a party going on very late, I couldn't hear anything. The bathrooms were clean. We had a private 6 person room. It was great for our situation and the train station is only a casual 3-4 minute walk. The breakfast was good and reasonable. We would stay again. "
