The room was clean and the staff was friendly. However, this hotel has decided to rent out its rooms to Peruvian immigrants who do agriculture work. These immigrants are out all hours of the day or night running around the property. The hotel is basically an NGO... basically that's a hotel that houses immigrants. Under the Biden administration NGO housed immigrants that were coming to the USA. Long story short. If management of a hotel is going to do that then they should INFORM people know that the hotel is housing large amounts of immigrants. Regular every day travelers are not going to be happy at a hotel that has large amounts of immigrants running all over the property day and night. So, I will definitely NOT be staying there again. You can make your own decision

Super quick and easy

The check in process was super fast and simple, I believe her name was Maritza. We’ll I asked that she put me somewhere extra safe and her response was: that’s what I’m looking for. Super friendly.. once I got in my room I was so comfortable I crashed out…. Will stay here again

It's ok for the price. The linens are clean, the bed is comfortable, but the rooms are in need of some makeovers. In this recent room I stood in, the microwave was missing the glass plate inside & the room wasn't as clean as previous rooms. It's always quite when I stay here. Staff is friendly.

Ehh

Could hear a sneeze through the thin walls. A lot of random people out around at night too. Little sketchy feeling. Staff was super nice and helpful though. Nice.

Huge Upgrade Compared to Across the Street

So much better than across the street. Moved to this hotel because we were treated so poorly at the Brawley Inn. What a difference it was. Older buildings for sure, don't come here for perfect paint jobs. But the staff were polite & did their jobs. The room smelled & looked like it had been properly cleaned. It was nice and quiet. Will definetly be my new go-to spot to stay in Brawley.

This was probably one of the worst hotels I've ever experienced. The 1 good thing was that the beds were comfortable. That's it. Every single time I interacted with staff they were rude and seemed annoyed when you needed minor assistance. Believe the reviews. I didn't read them beforehand and regretted it after.

Staff was apathetic but got the job done. Front desk area was locked when i arrived which was odd, but the attendant appeared within a few minutes. The room was ok but so well lit from outside that sleeping was impossible without eye covering. The room had 2 doors with windows to a courtyard which was full of bright security lights, and the thin blinds did nothing to block the light. The fridge in the room was a nice touch, but its motor came on and off all night, and sounded like a Mack truck driving through the room when it came on. The only outlet in the room was too far from the bed to plug in a cell phone and still use it as an alarm, and the room was not equipped with an alarm clock. The bed was comfy, bathroom newly remodeled and well stocked. It would have only taken a few small things to make the stay more pleasant.
