"I needed a place to sleep and store my luggage while I ate and drank my way around the city. The $175us per night I saved over a regular hotel made that endeavor hurt a bit less. 😊 Pod was clean, bathroom was clean, common area was useful. 10/10 for my priorities. I'll be back!"

"The hotel is in a great location, very close to bus stop #4. Also close to attractions and food options. The room and hotel were very clean, daily housekeeping on request. The room got hot occasionally during the night and the only window/french door kept closing and wouldn’t stay open for long. Apart from that, the stay was great. Breakfast was tasty with a variety of options, great option so you don’t have to go out to find breakfast every morning. They also had a sauna and gym, which was a nice addition. Although they have a restaurant/bar onsite, we had no troubles with noise in our room and were able to sleep (our room was towards the back facing the small courtyard)."

"Following a cruise in Iceland and no available out-bound flight when we returned, it was necessary for us to spend one night in Reykjavik. I found the Guesthouse Sunna for a reasonable amount. We disembarked early morning and arrived at the Guesthouse Sunna early. Our room was ready and we were able to check-in at that time. We spent the day sight-seeing and returned to the Guesthouse later that day. The Guesthouse Sunna is centrally located with taxis close by. It did require sharing a restroom but that was not a problem for us. The staff was very helpful and accommodating."
