"Hotel 201 was our first stay in Iceland and it set the precedence for our entire trip. We arrived 6 hrs before checkin time to ask if we can check in early. They accommodated us and gave us a room right away so we can freshen up before exploring Reykjavík. Staff was helpful, room was sufficient (with the biggest bathroom among all our other stays) and convenient location. "

"Wonderful place to stay near the airport. Luxury bedding and mattresses. Upscale toiletries and a large modern bathroom with heated floors and an amazing rainfall shower. Amenities included breakfast items and small fridge had drinks. Coffee maker made a quality cup of espresso. Self check-in was super easy. "Went recently during the potential evacuation threat, so certainly not at capacity. We also ate at the hotel restaurant. Both excellent. Truly the only really minor issue is for this level of accommodation one would expect more luxurious towels, kind of thin. Sounds petty, doesn't it?"
