"The hotel was an excellent location however they had recently changed their parking facilities and didn’t tell us. We spent an hour trying to find a parking spot and was told from the hotel the management would be in touch on our complaint they never were. In addition the WiFi didn’t work."

"Good location but streets are loud and constant undisclosed construction throughout the hotel"

"I took the first train out of Bucharest at 4:41am and arrived in Braşov at 7:15am due to making a three castle tour. Was stressing about my suitcase. I emailed the hotel/Eszter and she was super kind and had some one there so I could drop my bag off and even moved it in my room for once I arrived later in the evening. "Very well located. Good rooms, parking very important for us. All clean."

"スリッパがついています。朝食が美味しいです。"

"The hotel is conveniently located near a cozy square that holds nighttime events and concerts. It’s very close (5- min walk) to the old historic downtown and many great restaurants and shops. It’s very clean, the folks who work there are kind and helpful. Cannot wait to return"

"Great location, right across front center square. Walking distance from Black Church. Many restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was really good. My only complain is that they don't clean the rooms. They provide clean towels but they don't clean rooms. I'm not sure if all hotels do that, but I was a little disappointed about that. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. We didn't have a lot of interaction with staff and sometimes it felt like nobody was working there, but it didn't...
