"The room had a strong smell of a masking spray. Room was incredibly hot upon checking in. The window Air Conditioner never could catch up. Upon returning the next day, staff had turned the Air Conditioner off. The room was once again too hot, and never cooled off comfortably. Otherwise a reasonably priced stay. Guess it’s true, You get what You pay for."

"The ONLY issue was that the elevators weren't always working. They were hit and miss and when you are carrying a ton of luggage (moving our child into university), this was not ideal. Staff were friendly, attentive and overall our experience was great. Super clean rooms, the included breakfast was enough to get us going... loved the waffle maker. Needed more gluten-free options though."

"In a downtown core plagued by homelessness and crackheads than maybe anywhere else in Ontario...the Sheraton Hamilton was a nice respite from the sketchy surrounding area. The staff was very friendly and helpful, while there was also necessary security on-site at all times to keep out the vagrants. Room was extremely spacious and clean, bathroom was a really nice size as well. We had a beautiful view from our room of the roof of TD Coliseum and the water behind it."

"This hotel was great first time being here, family of 5 went. Very clean and everything was accessible. My only concern with the room given the fridge was next to the entrance door, so made it awkward. But will be coming back."
