    Our inviting 2-bedroom condos are designed as lock-off style units, granting you access to both sides of the condominium. Step into the main side, where a fully equipped kitchen with major appliances awaits, alongside a cozy dining area and a comfortable living room featuring Cable TV and a sleeper sofa for additional guests. The main side also boasts a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

    One of the highlights of our condos is the large covered screened-in patio, accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom, offering picturesque views of the golf course and outdoor seating to soak in the scenery.

    On the other side of the condominium, you'll find a queen bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom and a convenient kitchenette equipped with a mini-fridge and microwave. This layout is ideal for couples or smaller groups traveling together, providing added privacy when needed.

The carpets have stains all over them and the living room furniture was old and dirty. The spare bedroom as a 14 inch tube television. The other bedroom has a flat screen but the remote only works on the cable box so you have to get up to power it on/off or to adjust the volume. The “screened” porch is missing a full wall of screens and the door screen is ripped out. The porch area is filthy. The blinds were all bent on the door and need to be redone. This condo had potential but is not being taken care of. The 4 person kitchen table has only two chairs. When I complained, they said they could send in maintenance but we were only there 3 days and the work is to extensive to do while someone is staying there. I asked for part of what I paid back and then they went silent. I won’t stay within Thousand Oaks again.
