"Great price. Good location. Clean place. Quiet rooms. The only thing i didn't like was the check in information wasn't clear enough in advance. there was no one to speak to when I arrived and just check my e-mail to see their phone number or anything to contact them and found out that i just received an email telling how to enter the building. That e-mail should be in advance for clear instruction. "

"To find a decent hotel in the centre of a city, with parking is almost impossible. Super location, easy walking access to the city centre, public transport right outside. Beautiful hotel, great rooms, friendly staff and a decent breakfast, loved it."

"My husband Matthew and l arrived at the hotel early evening. It had been a very long, hot tiring day. I explained that we had booked additional on the Friday due to having to do some meetings for work, as well as the Saturdays original booking. I asked if we could stay in the same room for 2 nights. Ahmed who had greeted us ,was AMAZING, and sorted all that out for us , and made sure we had a room with air con. Professional, warming and welcoming , nothing was to much trouble. Amazing other staff who were like family , it had a family feeling in the hotel ,so comforting and warm welcoming. "

"Great location for where i was spending my camp weekend, room was set up so cosy to walk into, lively view onto small garden. As i checked in late parking was limited as there was only a few disabled spaces so struggled to get out of car as had to park in normal space."
