FYI there are separate male and female steam rooms so we had to steam separately. Huge variety on offer for buffet breakfast and great location - short walk from Waterloo and to theatre land. "Staff were great. No phone in room but had emergency buttons to push. Very small bathroom garbage. Not a problem just inconvenient. Staff was very quick to answer any questions or help with a problem. "
