"Clean room. It seems they were in the process to renovate the hallways, the carpets looked very old and the paint on the walls too. Our room was renovated already, new floors, no carpet, all clean. "

"I asked for two extra pillows for my husband because he has to have a hip surgery next month and the front desk said : Oh I am sorry there is only one back up pillow at the the rooms closet you cannot have the second extra pillow ….. Just ridiculous!!!! That’s my opinion….. "
