"Enjoyed the welcome spread of pepperoni rolls and cookies for the WVU game. Clean room, quiet"

"This has been our go to hotel when we’ve been to Beckley. This time, however, the hotel disappointed us. The shower didn’t appear to have been cleaned since the last guest. The door to the room wouldn’t open unless you pushed on it with your shoulder. Once in the room after slamming the door back shut, the safety lock wouldn’t even lock the door. One of the blankets that was on one of the beds had about 10 old cigarette burns all over it. This will be last time we stay here."

"Room had a dirty wine glass outside door. Cleaning staff left cleaning supplies in the room. Door would not shut on its own. Was also hard to open when it was closed."

"Nice and newly remodeled. Breakfast was fair. Only hot breakfast food was oatmeal."

"Terrible stay! Valet parking full & self park 2 blocks away, which for a night arrival in the rain was no fun. No working elevator & room on the 8th floor- we were able to take the service elevator up, but the hall is inaccessible without staff so you have to take the stairs down. Room was not clean- found a sock & food wrapper in the bed! Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere!"

"Amazing place to visit especially when it’s Apple Festival weekend!"

"Very nice place and right downtown"

"The friendliest staff ever"

"This was our first time there and the person thst checked us in was awesome. Let us know about the property, amenities, and places to eat that were close and open. The heated floor in the bathroom threw me for a loop and the place is amazing we will be back again for sure."

"Very bad bed. Noise from room above, could hear their water running."

"Staff was wonderful, had issues with the cabin. The bed had a big dip in it ( permanently) mattress needs to be replaced. Had an ant problem with the room, big infestation. Ran out of hot water late in the evening and the toilet cover needs to be tightened, very loose. A little outdated"

"Locked out of room the second night. Took 4 times and many up and down the steps to finally get room keys that worked and into the room. Very disappointed."
