"The staff was very polite and friendly. The Breakfast was nice. Had a good variety of hot and cold items. Coffee machine was clean. The room was clean but, needs a little TLC. The rug need to be updated, the ceiling needs paint, the bathroom door to be changed. Compared to the room we stayed on July that was nicely updated, this room need some work to be done."

"The stay was decent, with a few things that could be improved. The location was very convenient, right off I-26, making it easy to get to and from the hotel. The modern, carpet-free guestrooms were a nice touch and made the room feel clean and comfortable. However, the room felt quite small for a king-size room, and you had to be careful walking around the bed because it was easy to bump into the corners of the wooden bed frame. We were also on the 3th floor and could hear people walking around on the 4th floor, which was a bit disruptive. The shower took about five minutes to get warm, and the water pressure was quite weak. Breakfast had limited options, although the dining area was clean and well maintained. One highlight was the pancake machine, it made amazing pancakes and was definitely a favorite! The friendly and attentive staff were one of the best parts of the stay and made us feel welcome."
