Great!

House was clean, relaxing and perfect for our family. We enjoyed all the nearby shopping but quiet neighborhood for walks. Chad was very communicative and a great host.

Excellent rental - highly recommend!

I looked so long for a Bradenton rental (I think sometimes I am too particular) Only booked a few months out and this one happened to be available. I can’t recommend this one enough! My family had a wonderful time-especially the grandkids…they loved the pool and hot tub. House was beautiful!

Spring Training

Wonderful home for our family that sporadically made it to Bradenton for a few days. The pool and the hot tub and outdoor living area were a hit for all and especially our granddaughter. Found it odd that I had to contact the owner every time we wanted to use the Hot Tub so they could turn it on…..that being said, extremely responsive and never a delay. Neighborhood was pleasant to take walks and the proximity to Downtown was convenient. Def stay here again! Clean, clean, clean and well appointed! The home felt brand new!

Absolutely Perfect for Our Family Vacation

This property was everything we hoped for and more. Check-in was seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive to any questions we had throughout our stay. The home was beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home—laundry pods, dryer sheets, dishwasher pods, plenty of toiletries and towels, and a well-stocked kitchen with everything clearly labeled for convenience.The outdoor space was a highlight! The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with our whole family, especially with the provided floats and pool toys. We loved hanging out together in the comfortable outdoor area—watching movies from the hot tub while the kids splashed around was such a fun and unique experience.As an added bonus, the garage game room was a total win! Foosball and ping pong kept everyone entertained for hours. This home truly had everything we needed and more. We can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was extremely clean, pool was great, and communication was excellent. Lovely neighborhood, great location for exploring the area. It was perfect for our family vacation. We home to come back sometime!

Quiet Neighborhood

Host is very responsive, easy check-in. House was clean, appliances worked, beautifully decorated. More supplies (paper towels, creamers, dish and laundry soap pods, beach towels) than we typically find in a rental. If you’re looking for a quiet secluded place to hang by the pool, this is it!

Hotels are ruined forever.

Our first VRBO experience but definitely not the last. So nice to have a house to spread out in, a private pool for the kids to enjoy, and no worry of disturbing someone in a room next to you. The property is decorated very tastefully and well appointed. Everything was clean and in working order and the hosts were very cordial, especially with all of my first-timer questions. We were 10 minutes to IMG Academy for a tournament and 15 minutes to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria. Swimming near Bean Point on our last day was amazing with manatees joining us for an afternoon swim just off the shore. Close enough to drive to Tampa for a Rays game one night and Sarasota another. Five stars from our two families.

This was a difficult review for me to write. I decided to go with a 4 star review. If it had been based on the house and property alone, I would have given it 5 stars. The house and yard were beautiful, very clean and well stocked. The only small complaint I have there is that it could use a few additional linens. Based on the house alone, I would choose to stay here again. The reason I chose 4 stars was the inconvenience of heating the pool and hot tub. I thought that I had communicated clearly enough that I would like the hot tub warm for us to use when we arrived the first evening. But it was cold when we got there. He had to work with a technician to get things working on the second day of our stay (he found a breaker had tripped) but he did give us a credit for the inconvenience. Since he controls everything remotely and he knew we were waiting for it to heat up, we wish he would have realized this sooner. Beecause of the system he has, we had to contact him each time we wanted to switch between the pool and hot tub. We knew this when we booked this place but thought it would be easier to switch back and forth. We also expected the pool to be at 85 when it was heated, but it was not.Finally, we left the air-conditioning in the house on and would come back in the afternoon to find the house hot and stuffy. Chad said a technician would be there within an hour to look at it. We watched for the technician, but never saw one come, but the

Love Palma Sola

This house was immaculate everything was brand new! Chad was wonderful he kept in contact to make sure our visit was going well also to inform us that people would be coming as this happened other places and caught us off guard , we knew to be expecting them to service pool. This is a short trip to some of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen and I’m talking Caribbean! It’s hard to pick a favorite but if I had to I loved Bean point! We got to see dolphins also swam with manatees and two bald eagles nesting right at the tip in a tree on the walk way. This was magical. Chad made some very good suggestions for places to beach at and food,, they were spot on! He had a book to go through that tells all the best spots to eat drink and music also activities . I highly suggest to take a morning walk on Riverview to see dolphins , beautiful houses and the bay and sound ! We will definitely be back again also yes we highly recommend this house! We had 9 that was myself my husband our oldest son his wife their two kids , our middle son (19) and his friend, and our youngest daughter we all stayed comfortable! The pool and hot tub were awesome! Love to come home after the beach and relax by the pool with the family! For reference we visited april 1st through the 8th and the weather was 65 to 75 night and between 75 and 80 day ,we opted for pool heating and Chad tried to talk me out of it, wish i would have listen he turned it off second day it gets too hot! Thank you so much
