Walking distance to GT Bray, which offers pickleball, tennis, frisbee golf, playgrounds for the kids and much more!
Two blocks to Cortez Road, where you will find many attractions such as seafood restaurants, bars and shops.

This spotless newly renovated 3BR/2BA home features a large private fenced in backyard/patio, large pool, Ping-Pong table, games, propane grill, patio table and lounge chairs all with a tropical vibe!

This home is new everything - all new on the inside, new kitchen, new bathrooms, new furniture, new beds, new appliances, new backyard, new landscape, new paver patio, new grill, new fence...the list goes on.

- The living room features a very comfortable sleeper sectional that can accommodate one or two more guests, a 65" Smart TV along with a YouTube TV.
- The master bedroom features a king size bed with a 50" Smart TV also with YouTube TV. The master has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in stand-up shower.
- One guest bedroom has a queen size mattress and the other has a twin over a full bunk bed combination with a trundle. The second bathroom also has a walk-in stand-up shower.
- Our kitchen has brand new quartz countertops and is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs.

- High-speed Wi-Fi included.
- Smart lock for Self Check-In.
- Washer an Dryer available inside.
- Complimentary supplies provided such as toiler paper, paper towels, trash bags, detergent, dishwasher pads, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and liquid soap.
- Beach towels are provided.


HOUSE RULES- $1000 fine for breaking the house rules including,
- Maximum occupancy - 8 people.
- Maximum parking on driveway - 2 cars.
- No smoking inside the house.
- No pets allowed.
- No parties and events allowed.
- No loud music to be played outside after 10 pm.
- Please do not place pans and pots directly over the quartz countertops, can be damaged by the heat.

POOL RULES
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Glass containers are not allowed in the pool area.
- Diving is strictly prohibited.
- Running near the pool is not permitted.
- Swim at your own risk. The owners will no be responsible for accidents or injuries.
- Pool heating is complementary from November 01 through April 30 to approximately 85 degrees. A consistent temperature may not be guaranteed during very cold weather.
- No Exceptions: All rules must be followed.

Cozy home

This house was exactly what we needed! 10 minutes to the beach! The house was so nice and cozy we felt right at home! So much to do in the area. We really had a nice relaxing stay :). Would definitely rent again! Pool was amazing. So nice to have an outdoor shower from when you get back from the beach. Rooms were comfortable and so much space to hang out in for our family of 4. Thanks for sharing your home!

Winter Break from Ohio

The house was a perfect fit for our family (plus one). There was plenty of space for everyone and it was very clean. A close drive to beach as stated in the description and it was perfect and exactly what we needed!

Great place

Exactly as described. Check in in door code left on app- easy to operate. Nice size pool. Very clean and everything appeared updated. Shampoo conditioner and shower gel supplied in the showers- most places give you a roll or 2 of TP per bathroom. They supplied 5, along with detergent pods, dishwasher pods, 2 rolls of paper towels, hand soap ,dish soap/sponge and garbage bags. Towels wash clothes and sheets provided. 4 beach chairs were there, 2 beach mats, beach wagon and coolers. Beach towels were also there. Excellent supplied house so you don’t have to pack as much. Convenient location. Easy drive to Coquina Beach. King size mattress was really comfortable. As far as the others I don’t know. My kids didn’t complain :) new washer/dryer combo. Everything was new and nicely done. I would definitely stay here again. Communication with the owners was also great- signage was up regarding check out process. Literally take out the garbage , start the dishwasher and adjust the thermostat. It was the easiest checkout I have ever done.
