"Four of us were down in Cornwall for a 3 day golf tournament and the house was a perfect base. Spacious, clean and with everything we needed. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, the bathrooms all done to a high standard and the lounge open and comfortable. Close to Padstow and Trevose so we had a choice of eating in or out and a highlight was a visit to Rick Steins restaurant. All highly recomended."

"Property was exactly as described, but what made it extra special was the little touches provided by the owners. On arrival, a traditional cream tea and a bottle of Prosecco was waiting for us as well as tea, coffee and a little carton of milk so no need to dash to the shop. The first evening the owners lit tea lights in lanterns leading to the front door. All very sweet and thoughtful. Very peaceful location but very easy access to Mevagissey and Fowey. "not good and not bad the stairs caused a issue for us having a small dog with not good legs due to her age and the toilets down stairs were a problem if you want to go in the night the bedroom downstairs was freezing and felt damp even tho the weatherwas really warm"
