"We had the greatest stay in this beautiful and cozy flat. It is very well equipped and there was good space for everyone. The terrace and garden by the water is amazing where we had the morning coffee, enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and watched the ducks swim by. Would defenitely come again."

Thoughtful host, which had provided lots of additional information to help us enjoy our stay. Great local pubs within walking distance, only one local shop, which has long hours and all the basic provisions . Excellent nearby local farm shop if required. "Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log! Ate out in local restaurants, which were lovely especially Alberto’s Italy. There are a couple of free parking areas in town 5-10 minutes away. During our stay there was a film set in place for Father Brown and a restriction at the end of the road. It didn’t take away from our stay, but was glad of the premier inn parking just a 100m away. "All was good except for a minor mix up regarding the lockbox. We had been mailed the wrong code, and it took a while on the phone to correct. The facilities were good and looked quite new. The bath/shower was good, although the bath is rather high off the floor (as so often in renovated houses) and although our family did not mind, it might not suit a frail elderly visitor with limited mobility."
