"Great hotel. It has a water view and the outside bar/restaurant was so much fun. There was a live band one night and we sat by the fire another night. We also used the shuttle to go downtown which was very convenient, it left every 30 min."

"We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was beautiful, spacious, exceptionally comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. The backyard oasis and heated saltwater pool were a huge highlight and made it just as enjoyable to spend time at the house as it was to explore the area.The location was also perfect for us. We were just a short drive from downtown Newport, the beaches, restaurants, and everything else we wanted to do, while still having a quiet and private place to come back to at the end of the day.The owners were wonderful to work with. They were extremely organized and detail-oriented, provided clear information about everything we needed for our stay, and were always very responsive with excellent communication. It was obvious that they put a great deal of thought into making sure their guests have a great experience.The house was impeccably clean, very well equipped, and exactly as described. We had a wonderful stay and only wished we could have stayed longer. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Newport area!"

"This property was great for our combined family vacation. Situated on a quiet side street safe enough for our children to ride bikes and an after dinner family bike ride. The property provided ample adult sized bikes, beach chairs, beach toys and even 2 large wagons - close enough to walk or ride a bike to Easton’s beach. Would definitely book again."

"Rebecca was a great host for my bachelorette weekend! The house was clean and comfortable with the most gorgeous sunsets to watch on the back patio or front porch. The location couldn't be more ideal, we were able to walk to the beach and it was about a 15-20 minute Uber ride to Thames Street and the Polo Club. Rebecca was a very attentive host, who we occasionally ran into as she stayed in the back of the property. I highly recommend this stay and would be happy to visit here again!"
