"Friendly staff. Close to tube station (stonebridge). Easy to reach on Bakerloo line. Walking distance to OVO if you dont want to get back on tube. Food delivery available. Really nice, clean, room but not much in the way of crockery/cuttley. No glasses etc., but cafe downstairs were helpful and happy to provide. Towels and bedding clean and fresh. Nice communal area with pool table and TVs. Didnt use gym but looked nice. Enjoyed the stay."

"Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... "

"The apartment was clean and the communication was great! The neighborhood was a bit sketchy and the commute into the city was long and costly. While the tube isn’t too bad you still have a 17 min walk to the station which adds a lot of time to your commute. I would definitely stay with this host again if they had closer places to the city center."

"So this was a fantastic location and we had a great experience there…but the pictures are NOT what we reserved. It ended up being fine, we had a family of five and the 3 kids all had their own bed to stay in, and the location was honestly perfect and surrounded by really great local foods. I just really don’t like when I expect something and get a different listing"

"We stayed in a different room from the one I booked. It was smaller than I thought it would be, but we made it work. The kitchen was great, it includes a washer but no dryer. The area is charming and easy access to public transportation. A wonderful car service is not to far and very reasonable."

"The apartment is not like one picture. They are a compilation of different apartments they have. Try and request to stay on the top because the walls are very thin. The person on top of us was a nightmare. They walked and bumped all night. There was NO WIFI the ENTIRE stay and was not compensated for it. Did contact Vrbo about it. You have to walk about 12-16 min through the city to get from the train station. The property manager is responsive!"

"The pics on the online listing can be a little misleading. It is not as spacious as shown. The loacation of the property is excellent shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. The property was clean and the kitchen was well equiped. I am happy to recommend the property to anyone who wants a cosy stay with easy access to amenities. The host was responsive and proactive. Issues were resovled quickly."
