"A cosy cottage in quiet location. Perfect for visiting Whipsnade zoo and Harry Potter studios. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Only negative was the parking as it was difficult to find a space on the very narrow lanes."

"We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience "

"Perfect location and accommodation - with lovely ‘touches’ left by the host. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed at. Very ‘high end’ finishes and appliances.Host was very friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.Happy to highly recommended."

"We stayed a week and the communication was outstanding and I loved the place and location. Close to the airport and bus/subway options were close. Would highly recommend and stay again if we were to go back. "

"It was a relatively reasonable price for 4 days in February. Kitchen was great, bed was comfortable, lovely bed linen. But the bedroom is very light, with a security light shinning directly into the room all night, which didn't suit me, but I know others who like a light bedroom. Good wifi, Smart TV lots of choices. Not particularly comfortable furniture in the lounge, but then I am a bit of a lounge lizard and the 2 seater sofa doesn't allow for lounging! I would stay again."

"Stayed at Little Trees because we were visiting elderly parents who live nearby. Nice peaceful location. The place was spotless. Everything was provided - towels, shampoo, shower gel, bread, butter, milk etc. couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely stay again. Bed a little low and soft for me but actually slept really well. "

"we were re-imbursed the cleaning money. The property was disgusting. Hair in beds, foot particles on range, on kitchen floor and dinning area. The condition of the property was more in tune with a hostel rather than a house for a family. The list of things that need to be fixed is to long. From patio doors that didn't close to stair banister hanging off the wall. There was only 1/4 toilet roll in the house for two toilets. We had to wash the sheets before we could sleep in the beds."
