"They promise shuttle I waiting for hour I called to confirm location and then when I called the last time changed location, bugs in room. I paid for one room they gave me something different and no one tryed to make it right I never complaine but this was the worst"

"We spent a night there while waiting on an 11 hour layover for our connecting flight. The rooms were pricey but well worth it because we didn’t have to sleep in the terminal with our heads on our suitcase! Very nice hotel!"

"Beautiful hotel and friendly staff.. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We also went to The Tavern located in the hotel for dessert at the end of the day, which was also very good. Great location. Would definitely stay here again"

"Then room was large comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful and respectful. The breakfast was good. I do think the hotel is a bit further than from the airport than advertised. My flight was late and I missed the last shuttle and the cab ride was almost $30. It all worked out fime."

"Nice location slide to assemble T station Easy to get to Biston all spots Stuff is friendly, very good breakfast And easy shuttle services to airport daily every one hour from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm Defiantly will revisit for my next Boston trip "
