"It was fine, clean and comfortable. We were a little disappointed because the pool was out of order. We picked it partly because they had a pool. Also, their website said they have a cot available which we needed for one of our kids (who can’t share a bed) and they didn’t have it. Also, we had to pay extra for guest number 4 (total close to $200 for one night) and then only had towels for 2 people. We asked for it and they never brought it and we had to ask again late."

"Lucia (at the front desk) was very Friendly and was very helpful in directing us to different areas of the city to see, I ordered supper from the bar tender and the food was so good. Hillary was very helpful."

"Had a great experience at the Courtyard Boston Billerica/Bedford. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived. They were kind enough to offer us an early check-in, which was amazing and very appreciated. Ironically, we ended up getting stuck at the rental car counter longer than expected and didn’t even need the early check-in after all, but the gesture alone really stood out. Once we arrived, the check-in process was fast, easy, and stress-free. Overall, a really pleasant stay with excellent customer service. The only thing I would change are the beds because that was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in"

"My room was as far away from the elevator that you can get. There was no easy way to access my room other than going through the lobby. There are a lot of updates the hotel needs. In the hallway there was green painters tape holding up the wallpaper and it was pealing in many place in my room. The A/C unit was right next to the sofa so to feel any air you had to move it and even then I barely felt it. While the room did have a refrigerator there was no coffee machine or microwave. The staff was super nice. "

"Staff very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was excellent along with the staff taking care of the breakfast area. We'll stocked and fresh. Hotel was clean, little outdated but many families and travelers. Easy access to many attractions in Boston."
