"Heruntergekommene und verdreckte Unterkunft. Angekündigte Leistungen (Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Toilettenpapier) wurden nicht erbracht. TV, WLAN, Kaffeemaschine und selbst Basics wie ein Rauchmelder waren nicht vorhanden. Auf Nachfrage wurde man vertröstet und bis zur Abreise keinerlei Abhilfe geschaffen.
