"The apartment does not correspond in numerous essential points to the equipment stated in the description: The studio (?) has only around 30 to 40m2 (60m2 are stated), there is no kitchen, no working TV, no tumble dryer, the washing machine may only be operated by the landlady. There is also no closet (only an open "wardrobe" in a kind of storage room), there is only one small side table, only one bedside table and generally no bedside lamps, no hairdryer in the bathroom. There are three doors...

"Wir haben die Unterkunft als Stützpunkt für unsere Städtereise in Belgien gebucht. Super nah an der Autobahn, dadurch schnell in Lüttich, Maastricht und Brüssel. Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr gut gepflegt. Parken vor dem Haus ist kostenfrei möglich. Im Ort gibt es einen schönen Bäcker und um die Ecke einen Spar zum Einkaufen. Alles top."

"The property was not clean. In particular the shower had black mould. There were stains on the window cills. There was a loose socket in the bedroom, But most of all the cleaning staff turned up 15 mins before we were due to check out and were rude and unpleasant. We left punctually at 11am as agreed and the cleaning staff promptly sat down and had their lunch in the apartment living room"
