"It was close to a squat. Broken glass n furniture in common areas. There were 5 hammer marks on the door where someone tried to break in to the apartment. There was a homeless guy living in the stairwell ffs. I had to leave n find somewhere else. Despite telling Expedia all the they have failed to get back to me…."

"The apartment does not correspond in numerous essential points to the equipment stated in the description: The studio (?) has only around 30 to 40m2 (60m2 are stated), there is no kitchen, no working TV, no tumble dryer, the washing machine may only be operated by the landlady. There is also no closet (only an open "wardrobe" in a kind of storage room), there is only one small side table, only one bedside table and generally no bedside lamps, no hairdryer in the bathroom. There are three doors...

"We had a lovely surprise staying at this little studio surrounded by fields, animals and birds. It was very quiet and the studio was beautifully set up. "Just back from a great week in Maastricht. We stayed in a lovely two bedroom apt in Riemst which is just outside Maastricht. A regular bus service to Maastricht centre is nearby. The apt was spacious, spotlessly clean and had all mod cons that you would need. A special thanks to Annemie who looked after us. Went above and beyond by getting a few essentials on the first day. Thanks again Annemie."

"Séjour très agréable, Rob est un hôte très agréable et il a des talents de cuisiner qui faut impérativement tester dans le restaurant dont il est le chef qui se trouve au rdc. Parfois on aimerait garder les bonnes adresses pour soi mais Rob mérite vraiment d’être connu. J’aurai voulu pouvoir goûter tout ce qui est à la carte mais ce sera pour une prochaine fois. "Ons verblijf was uitstekend goed, ondanks het mindere weer. De ontvangst van de gastheer super. Vriendelijke man, spontaan. Prachtig appartement. Zeermooi en smaakvol ingericht. "Smartflats just allocated me a flat outside of my desired location, without my knowledge and consent. I was left without where to stay and I was fully charged for it. Please be aware that they can change your research city without informing you. On top of that additional charges will be done to the credit cards without consent. So the value shown is much lower than what is charged in total. A full trap! "

"The property was not clean. In particular the shower had black mould. There were stains on the window cills. There was a loose socket in the bedroom, But most of all the cleaning staff turned up 15 mins before we were due to check out and were rude and unpleasant. We left punctually at 11am as agreed and the cleaning staff promptly sat down and had their lunch in the apartment living room"

"We stayed in the studio flat, the location is very good with many restaurants and bars nearby as well as key sightseeings of Liège. The property would need to be refurbished, there is a very strong and awful smell in the staircase up to the flats and the our shower did not have a curtain so the bathroom was quite mouldy. The kettle was broken, we informed the management upon arrival but never heard back from them. Their check in time is very late (after 4pm). "
