"Wasn’t too impressed for a one night stay. When we arrived we were informed it’s £5 per person to use the pool / leisure area!!! This was not mentioned anywhere, I think advertising there’s a pool then charging guests when they arrive is ridiculous. Me and my partner are young and fairly healthy and we struggled with the commute to our room. No lifts, only to certain rooms. The room itself was ok, not suitable for the heat. There was an air conditioner but it didn’t work too well. The television remote was missing so we couldn’t even use it! The lounge area, bar and restaurant were lovely. The staff were nothing but helpful and kind so big thanks to them. The garden was also a really nice place to chill out. I’d say booking a smaller cheaper room isn’t worth it, if you have the money to splurge on a more deluxe room it may make the stay more worthwhile. Great location for the beach, food and gardens."
