I don't usually stay at the Hyatt brand but the energy from the staff and he answering of questions was phenomenal. I highly recommend Hyatt to anyone connecting via London."

Fantastic toiletries, robe, slippers, and an assortment of tea’s coffees and a couple of biscuits. (Cookies for Americans :)) After being in the UK for three weeks, I greatly appreciated the amazing air-conditioning in the room for my last night stay!! There was a nice lively restaurant open late as well. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time for breakfast."
