"Host responded to all questions in a very timely manner. Answered all questions that were asked. The location was close to Onset Beach but you do need to drive to it. Several places in the area to eat at, close to the Bourne Bridge. Great Ice Crean shop with soft serve and homemade ice cream, great flavors, next to the candy store.. Cash only so be prepared. "My group enjoyed our stay. Highlights include proximity to the canal park and restaurants, comfortable beds, big yard, nice neighbors (including a parrot!), ample parking, and responsive host. The house could use some fresh paint in a few places, but it’s a beach house so we’re giving a pass on that! Also, no blinds in upstairs bedrooms which is probably fine for kids, but might be an unwelcome surprise to adults who like to sleep in on vacation. :)"

"2 adults and 3 kids travelling. We arrived and within 30 minutes had to leave due to an all out adult asthma attack caused by the air quality of the property. Back entrance has a dangerous portion of a fence blocking stairs that you need to move to get to the backyard. The property was older and has evidence of leaks and mold, and after feeding my kids dinner, we found cockroach poop in the kitchen in the utensil drawer and on the counter. We informed the owners at midnight after driving over 2...
