"This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer. The only thing I didn't like was that the path down to the beach is alongside of this cottage and when coming off the beach, everyone is passing the back deck. Otherwise,...

"Excellent location, right on a lake. Good communication with the owner. The kid was excited about all the kayaks/canoe. For the older folks among us turned out that jus one bath and the lack of AC is a problem. But for the small young family the place is a gem."

"Property was Extremely clean, well stocked with just about everything you could want. Very quiet residential street and neighborhood, people very friendly ( everyone waves hello.) Minutes from beach, you can watch the ferry go buy. Hospital, (if needed) minutes away. Main Street Shopping / Restaurants and Amusements close as well. Would stay again for sure."

"Noce quaint place. Great location on the beach. The road in is extremely narrow and very rough. Theier wad an battery powered vacuum, but, they did not leave a battery, so it was useless. Garbage bags wete not correct dize for the garbage receptical. Bathroom was extremely tiny, very poor water pressure. Could use a booster pump. Other than thst we had a wonderful stay!"
