"Staff is always so friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Its a Great location. Between downtown and the boardwalk/wharf. Can easily walk to either direction (although we usually take our bikes). Theres a great little cafe market right across the street. Its cash only, but the food is good. "

"The property was small but very nice. We enjoyed the outdoor patio/garden areas. Check-in was easy and we were able to check in early, so that was a nice. The room was spacious, had some complimentary beverages. All outlets worked, not loose neither. Restroom has a blow dryer, large bottle of lotion and hand soap. "Joe was an excellent host and great communicator. Got an email from him early the day of check in that place was ready and we could check in early. The only issue I have is saying place is ocean view is a bit of a stretch. You can see the ocean on the horizon through the trees etc. There is no real view. You will be in your car to go to beach and restaurants as its beyond what most people would walk. Its 30 plus minutes to walk to beach and if you wanted a chair or cooler or any such thing its...
