"The stay was good except for toilet leaking near the base and when checking out I had to request my 50% off parking after confirming when checking in. This is the second time staying here that they didn’t want to originally honor the 1/2 off. Then we were stuck at the exit gate for 15 minutes because their room key exit didn’t work. We had a great stay until the last 20 minutes.

The condo was clean and perfect for our little group. Everything we needed, and a beautiful of the lake and surrounding mountains. Exactly as described and attentive to our contacts and questions. "This is a gorgeous property. Lots of stairs and no elevator. The communications with the managers were excellent. The top condo was shut down due to a gas leak so we weren’t sure if we would have the entire building or we would be lacking the four bedrooms in that unit. They kept us well informed of the status and we finally did get to use the unit. Did I mention that there are an incredible number of stairs?"
