"No way are the queen beds actually queen beds. More like full sized beds. Carpet in room was super dirty. Sheets had blood stains on them. "

"You check in at the kiosk. You then get a text tell you you will receive another text when you’re room is ready. We checked in at 4:08pm and after 20 minutes still no text we found a staff member who said we should have received the text right away. She helped us get the text send. Got the barcode with that text. You then go get your key cards by scanning the bar cid the the number of key cards you want. Those key cards get you to your floor and into your room. The room was Very basic. The beds were soft as was the pillows. The air conditioner was loud! The room got stuffy so we had to have it on. The shower water was a good temperature. When you turned off the shower it leaked for a few minutes. The sink water hot was VERY HOT! The had had soap and lotion in large bottles by the skink. As well as a large bottle of shampoo and body wash in the shower. When you used the toilet you had to stretch your arm to reach the toilet paper as it was not close to the toilet. There was no fan in the bathroom so it would get very steamy in there. After someone took a shower. There is no refrigerator.. they have a door that would connect to the people next to you. The room is nothing like the pictures online. The room we got was not a remodel one that is for sure!"

"No staff available when needed help with directions at all no refrigerator in the room yet alone no microwave, it was our wedding day and no staff recognize us at all not even offer a bottle of champagne nor any wine, it was very hard to get in touch with someone just for some clean towels, so sad, it’s supposed to be no smoking in the rooms, but when we walk up and down the hallway you smell it smoke, make it makes sense,"

"This is our first time to stay in this hotel. And I was with a friends from Canada and I was not proud to bring them in this hotel. Due to the rudeness of the people from the reception. They have a very strange check in process. One of the staff was Josefina who are not very helpful and did not explain on how we need to do the online check in on their kiosk. And it was far from the reception area to our hotel building. So we ended going back again to the reception. I hope that they were very nice and friendly and welcoming in terms of helping the guests on how we need to do check in..and their is no microwave and refrigerator. You have to pay extra of you need one. "

"My second time staying at this hotel and it has exceeded my expectations every time! So clean and the staff is beyond amazing!"

"There was very obvious water damage on the walls and carpet of the floor my room was on, and it smelled of mildew. The room itself was alright, but also smelled like mildew. I also had some issues checking in. The room they'd initially assigned me had someone else in it, and nobody realized until after I'd been given the room key, gone up to the room, and found someone in there. The staff were great and were quick to get me a different room, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. Overall, not terrible for the price, but not the best experience. "
