"Although Expedia mismanaged our room booking for the hotel. In essence despite numerous confirmations there was no room available for us at the Holiday Inn and the hotel had no evidence that Expedia had contact with them about our booking. Everyone at the Holiday Inn went above and beyond their duties to successfully accommodate us at the Inter Continental Hotel while the error in communication was sorted out. The next day we were effectively and efficiently transferred to the Holiday Inn for the rest of our stay. We were treated exceptionally well by all of the staff there and the level of service could not be improved on. A five star thank you to all members of staff at the Holiday Inn😁😁😁😁😁"

"If I had to point out a negative, it would be the lack of a supplemental water filtration system, rendering water just as hazardous as the rest of the island. That out of the way, the room was nice and spacious, with daily refills of bottled water, and they even kept the toiletries (including toothbrush and toothpaste!) topped up. Universal power sockets allow you to use your native adapters without being restricted to converters, and the balcony is always good. The on-site restaurant menu is surprisingly wide, spanning nearly every cuisine imaginable, and if that's not enough, several good restaurants are in walking distance using the beach avenue."
