Spacious new construction built in 2017 available to rent. This 3 bedroom home has beautiful views of the ocean and is steps away from both public and private beaches. It features an open concept first floor equipped with state-of-the art kitchen appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. Breakfast bar and dining area with breath taking views of the sunrises and sunsets. The first floor also includes; living room with a gas fire place, one full bathroom with a walk in shower and one bedroom. A walk out to a serene garden backyard including a patio area with a gas grill and picnic table, perfect to enjoy a dinner outside on a warm summers night. The second floor includes; two bedrooms, a full bathroom with jacuzzi bath and large living area perfect for game nights. Also a large deck overlooking the ocean. This home can be enjoyed by family, friends or a relaxing getaway for couples.

Everything was very nice. Unfortunately we didn’t have any hot water for 2 days so that made for a rough start for a couple of days. Beautiful house and the owner thought of everything. The views from this house were amazing.

Great Location
Stayed for 4 nights and used this lovely home as a base for touring Boston. The ocean sounds at night were sublime! The house was very comfortable and better than advertised! Great communication with owners. 10 stars!!! The house was very well equipped - plenty of linens, supplies, updated kitchen, bathrooms. Easy walks to scenic points on Nahant.

Fall - Salem, MA getaway.
We had a great time. The house was better than we imagined. Lorraine was great. Our family (me, my wife, two daughters, and one son-in-law) went to experience Salem in the Fall, and this was the perfect location. We will come back.

Great location and accommodations for nearby wedding
We absolutely loved it here. House is beautiful, view is gorgeous, and was minutes away from the Oceanview of Nahant where my daughter’s wedding was held. My husband and I, our daughter, and man of honor stayed here and we had plenty of room with the 3 bedrooms. We loved the entire house but especially the upstairs living room and deck which has views of the beach. It was only a short walk down to the beach. Lorraine, the owner, is super nice, we were able to check in early and she gave us a tour of the house. She also has a very helpful book of info about the house and the surrounding area. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The home is beautiful! The vibe is peaceful and comfortable. Lorraine is lovely: responsive, and prides herself on a comfortable stay for her guests. Even better than expected!
We had high hopes for this location and they were exceeded. The pictures for this property do not do it justice. The interior was roomy and provided multiple areas for our family to congregate (separately or together). The home was spotlessly clean and well appointed. My only complaint is that because we were only here for two nights and spent most of our time at our daughter's wedding, we didn't have more time to enjoy all the home and area had to offer. Thank you, Lorraine for sharing your wonderful home with us.

Immaculate Cottage Retreat
The property is the nicest I've stayed at, with modern updates. You can tell a lot of time and effort were put into the property. The cherry on top are the views, which I think are even better then what was shown on the vrbo listing. 10/10 recommend. The area is a quiet, small town so I don't recommend this for large/noisy groups who wouldn't respect the property or neighbors.

Great location, beautiful home!
Lorraine was a great host! The house is beautiful! The roof top patio was such a nice bonus! We spent one day in Salem and one day in Boston and this house was the perfect location between the two. A short 15-20 minute Uber ride to both. The house was clean and updated with everything you would need! I would definitely recommend this property! Thanks again Lorraine!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Lorraine's home in Nahant! The house was clean and well-appointed, and we couldn't get enough of the panoramic views of the ocean. It was the perfect place for us (three couples) to stay while celebrating a family wedding in Nahant. Wonderful long-weekend stay with friends
This home was a phenomenal long-weekend house for our party of 6 adults. Completely lovely and comfortable house, the kitchen was amazing for preparing food for the weekend. Perfect home for our wedding weekend
Like many others, we stayed at this exquisite home for a family wedding on the island. It is truly furnished with everything we needed, wanted, and even the small touches for unexpected situations. Lorraine had the right colored thread to do an emergency stich for our son's beloved stuffed animal - which saved the day! We were confused how to check-in/access as details were missing from the automated email, but we're able to reach Lorraine later that day thanks for VRBOs help and she met our group there to walk through things personally. We truly enjoyed the rooftop deck, large sun room, and large kitchen. Thanks again for contributing to a perfect wedding weekend.
