"Booked queen rooms but all of the rooms had doubles. Front desk staffed said they’re all the same and they could refund our money and we could book somewhere else. Wasn’t the most professional answer. Some damage to our room and infrastructure but we were only there a couple of nights so nothing we couldn’t manage without."

"The property was clean and staff was friendly. Location is in a safe and vibrant part of town. Very walkable area. but the breakfast offerings were inedible for anyone with a gluten allergy. Literally every choice was gluten with absolutely no fresh fruit offered. It was all waffles, toast, muffins, cereal."

"Excellent location. The hotel is located close to a bus station as well as the train station. It takes approx. 30 minutes by bus to get to Boston South Station and approx. 20 minutes by train to get to Boston North Station. If you would like to visit Salem, the train will take you there in approx. 25 minutes. The staff were very professional and the room was clean."
