Great amenities. Comfortable bed and loved having a little kitchenette space. Luggage storage lockers in the lobby were so helpful. My only complaint was some difficulty with the mobile entry on a couple of occasions.

Gorgeous brownstone next to Newbury. It is a bit loud in the area being on commonwealth ave, but the perfect walkable location. We loved our stay at sonder. The unit we were in was beautiful and we especially loved the gas fireplace. Would stay there again in a heartbeat .

First time in a Sonder. Takes a little to get used to the do it yourself concept. Nice place, very convenient and quiet. We arrived early, and the luggage lockers were full but the concierge kindly let us leave our bags with him and then brought them up to our room. Nice room but lacked drawers for storage. There was a plastered over patch on the ceiling but not painted. The toilet roll holder was loose. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Communication with Sonder via email and App went well. We received code for front door and room, fortunately since there is no attendant. Rooms were nice and hotel was clean but shower in bathroom did not work properly. Shower head shot water in a stream towards the curtain and could not be adjusted. The hand held shower would not turn on - bad since this was a handicap accessible room with seat in shower.

Doesn’t live up to the pictures. First floor is actually the basement. I could hear all the cars and people walking past- they were right there outside the window. Terrible sound proofing in the halls, too. Room wasn’t in very good shape; stains on carpet, can’t close the curtains properly, water damage to the vanity in the bathroom. For such a fancy looking hotel online, the kitchen had paper plates and cups!

It was exactly what my daughter and I needed for our stay in Boston while scouting colleges! The kitchenette, updated bathroom and comfy bed made a lovely place to return to after lots of campus walking. We appreciated the luggage lockers and used them before and after our stay. It was easy to get to public transportation or grab a car service, but it is also very walkable, even in the middle of February. The only (very minor) issues were the toilet paper holder kept falling apart and the coffee maker kept splattering grounds into the cup. But those aren’t enough to deter us from staying here again.
