For what they are charging, they should answer right away as you make questions; I asked about the check-in code and waited almost 6 hours until deciding to call a number that appeared on the app that was not correct, as they told us to call another number to ask for the info. Really??? We have to look for something that should be given???Bed sheets were not in place, so you had to sleep either with or without the comforter.The kitchen doesn't have the necessary cutlery to have persons in the house, so keep in mind to bring at least cheap ones. Again, it's too expensive to miss this kind of thing, which is kind of basic.The place is very nice, but this kind of thing, especially when you rent for your family, is important.Finally they told us they were a company that manages this type of place around the country.So, they are justifying their lack of information??? Because they are doing this for free???
