"The stay was horrible. The hotel had a terrible breakfast which was highlighted as one of their plus. No eggs, bagels were not fresh and the coffee water downed. The housekeeper did not take the garbage and the coffee in the room not replenished. No water bottles for sale because “our vendor has a water shortage.” Won’t be back again."

"This was such a cool place. Right next to Fenway, convenient to everywhere in Boston. Very clean. And such a unique place, perfect for music lovers! Our room had a Rolling Stones theme. All the public areas were Rock-oriented, we had a great time there. Will stay there again when in Boston."

"The hotel did not honor their own cancelation policy. I was willing to pay the one night to get out of the rest of the reservation and the hotel refused. But worse than that they did not tell me directly but told me to go through Expedia. After being on hold for 50 minutes while Expedia went back and forth I was told the property would not let me out of the remaining nights even though I was willing to pay the one night cancelation fee. "The room was clean and staff was very friendly! Huge parking lot and great location. It was not close to downtown but was close to Harvard and great restaurants! My only critique is that there was no accessible outlets next to the bed and could not charge my phone on the nightstand. A small, but annoying thing. Food was great, and the hotel had a great ambience."

"Classy hotel with breathtaking views of Public Park / Boston Common. The room and bed were comfortable, in-room dining wonderful. The rooftop and lobby restaurants of the hotel, however, were not on par with its elegance. The lobby bar is noisy and unpleasant upon entering the building. Not well thought-out placement."
