"The hotel itself is great - everything you need for a good price. However, it is in an incredibly rough area of Hamburg & would warn against staying here for any female solo travellers. Felt very unsafe as soon as I left the building even though it was just a 10 min walk to the station."

"Very close to public transportation and so easy to get to. The room was a good size and loved the atmosphere of the lighting. Also really loved that the room had AC since we stayed during the beginning of their heat wave. Staff was very friendly every time they saw us coming and going."

"Overall it was a nice hotel. Quite room and good bed, pillows, shower, etc.
The downside is that you have to travel a distance for food and it’s not so clear where to go. You will get your steps in or be hailing taxis.
Given my travel plans, I was happy with the stay and proximity to the rail station."
