"Great location with convenient access to cinque terre. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the train station and to the town/beach. Whenever we called they were prompt in picking us up. Rooms were spacious, pool feels like a resort, breakfast fantastic. Would definitely recommend."

I booked this hotel by mistake, as the drive turned out to be too long and we wouldn’t be able to arrive before check-in time. I understand this was my error, but I tried to cancel the reservation within 30 minutes of booking, and the system didn’t allow it. I also attempted to reschedule for a later date, but that request was declined. I contacted both the hotel and Hotels.com, but haven’t been able to find a resolution. I would really appreciate it if the hotel could be a bit more flexible in a situation like this."
