"The room was clean and we liked as it is pet friendly. We checked in at like 8pm and checked out :the next morning at 7:30 am. We have a very clean, small dog and was charged $25 for her. In my opinion we should not have been charged this as I am not sure what extra had to be done as a result of having her in the room. There is no carpet and she did not dirty in the room. They would have had to change the sheets, vacuum and mop for the next guest. Really no extra work because of the dog so should not have been charged. Also, I spilled some water on the floor and cleaned it up. The floor must not be mopped well as the cloth I used was very dirty once I wiped up the water."

"Clean room, nice big size bathroom, close to shopping/resturants/stores/gas station,friendly staff, housekeeping was great(helpful, reliable). No resturant on site, no guest laundry facility on site, otherwise overall a great price for a real good stay."

"Loved this place. Right on the water and we could use the kayaks. Good location as it was close to beaches, hikes and Anne of Green Gables tourist places. Staff were very friendly and helpful when finding places to see and where to eat. Breakfast was good with a bit of variety."

"The location is excellent especially if you are Touring PEI. Not bothering anyone if you return in the evening.Summerside is only 30 min away for groceries and stores .Paul leaves for your first breakfast eggs , Milk, bread and condiments The privacy is nice ;because it is at home not a resort . We stayed a week and having a washer and dryer on site was a bonus .Paul is improving the grounds building pergola and deck beside the barbecue shelter .My only suggestion is to have more comfortable seating in the tv / dining room. We used our comfortable lawn chairs to relax . In closing you will find friendly hosts an excellent location for touring the province .We"

"June 24, 2026 - one night: I had never stayed at a bed and breakfast before. My spouse had. I was so impressed. Everything was lovely. Archie and Marley were an added bonus. Two well behaved doggies that enjoyed belly rubs. I would absolutely return. I enjoyed talking with the owners. A very lovely couple. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was great. I never expect to enjoy a coffee unless I make it. There was enough parking for everyone and excellent access to the Main Street area and walking on along the water."
