"The flat was just right for us. It couldn't be closer to a Metro station and there were plenty of places to eat or buy food in close proximity. I would have given 5 stars for check-in, too, but we found the previous renters were leaving at our 3 pm arrival time, so we had to wait for the flat to be cleaned. That happened quickly, though. "All 4 of us upon arrival were thrilled with the view. Our stay was comfortable and all our needs were met. A Parisian lifestyle is what we wanted and what we received. We loved the park below and the sounds of children playing. The only inconvenience was that the lights in the first floor did not come on when coming in after dark. It felt a little uncomfortable for us. Over all we were very happy with our stay."

The walk wasn't too far from the train station, the historic neighborhood is a definite plus, there are many restaurants to choose from and groceries nearby. The apartment has a divine view and is well appointed. Communication is excellent, check in and out was easy. Very comfortable and would love to stay again in the future."

"Location is convenient for access to the bus and metro stops. Small grocery and bakery nearby. But apartment is not in good condition. Tiles are broken in shower, plumbing pipes are exposed, and second exit door was locked with no key."

"What an amazing experience! Frederick was great! This place is spacious and quiet. Perfect for relaxing after being a tourist all day. Just blocks from the metro station and the BEST croissants (2023 award) is right at that corner. Great restaurants on the canal which is only other two block walk. We highly recommend staying here!!!"

"Very nice apartment, decorated well. Chic. Photos are very accurate. It had a washer/dryer, full kitchen, nice bathtub, comfortable bed, etc. Easy check in. The apartment is in the 18th arrondissement in a quartier that is working class and immigrant. Paris is the crossroads of the world and this neighborhood reflects that. A very active street life which makes Paris fascinating. Everyone seems to know each other and have a good time. Great award winning French bakery up the block."

"It was not what I expected. The small apartment is full of oversized furniture for the space. It's the owner's full time home and has his personal possessions everywhere. The bathroom was almost unusable and the portable AC hot air exhaust had to be vented out an open bathroom window. The location isn't bad and communications with the owner was good, but I would not stay in the apartment again."

"We had a fantastic stay at Vincent’s apartment! The apartment was very clean and well appointed and in a quiet building. The location was fantastic to explore the Montemarte district of Paris and close to bakeries, fromageries, butchers and restaurants. Would highly recommend this property!"

"Cramped apartment on sixth floor with no lift in a bad area with a shower that floods the bathroom and never dries. The host required I contact a private mobile number to check in and then contacted me off of vrbo late at night and tried to charge me for made up damages including unplugging the tv."

"The apartment was as described. It's a renovated heritage apartment with additional enclosed patio space. The location is great with short walk to 2 metro stations Mairie de Clichy and port de Clichy. There is also Clichy - Levallois station that takes you to Versailles. The area has a lovely boulangerie (Clem and Gwen), fromagerie, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. There is a small park for kids behind. "Clean, big apartment. Check in could have been more clear. There are multiple buildings, we had to reach out to get the correct apartment and building number. The key is difficult until you learn how to use it. The view of the tower is amazing!!! The beds are on the firm side for an American, but not rock hard. Beds are subjective and I like a softer memory foam mattress. These are spring. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of guide books and little extras. Good security. Nice access to the metro...

"Convenient to Orangerie bus stop on EX93 from Paris. Friendly service. Huge room. Perfectly equipped. Easy 6min shuttle to airport. Fantastic buffet, dinner and breakfast. Only negative - no extra pillows and the one we each had was rather lumpy. Bed and vovers were hwavenly though."

"The "aparthotel" style of this property was great. A grocery was just a few steps from our "home" for the week. The staff was friendly, there were activities in the lobby for the kids, and it was all so easy to navigate. I'd love to stay at another Adagio in the future."
