I would have loved to rate it 5 stars; however, 3 of the 4 nights we did not have hot water. The host was very responsive and tried to fix the problem quickly, but with it being the weekend, the hot water wasn’t fixed until Tuesday. We left on Wednesday. "We stayed here for 1 week with our 14-year-old son. The space was perfect for the three of us. We loved having a refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine. The elevator worked great! "We stayed with our daughter. She slept on the couch downstairs and we slept in the loft. It was cozy and cute. Our daughter said she wanted to live there. It's designed a lot like a boat, with hidden compartments for everything. The loft can get kind of stuffy. It doesn't have much ventilation. So be sure to use the air conditioner provided even if you don't think you'll need to."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property! Great location and an easy walk to metro stations and attractions. Le Marais is a vibrant area with so much to see and do. Our family of seven slept comfortably at the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment was cleaned well. The dryer was was not the most efficient and occasionally the showers would fill up, but these were minor distractions. We would stay here again - I recommend it!"
