For more choices, it requires a taxi to go downtown. No staff on site after 7 pm. Breakfast not available before 8 am unless you ask the day before (earliest at 7:30am)."

"It was a great stay, good value rooms and great location next to The Rock. The room with a loft is good for families, but can be complicated with small children (younger than 6). Not enough room to comfortable store clothes (would have been tight even for 2 in a room with a King bed and two twins in the loft), so would more closet space. We enjoyed the common living room and being able to walk to The Rock (its the same property, but building next door)."

"The overall facilities of the property were very good. Rooms were clean and they had all the necessary amenities to be comfortable (small refrigerator, microwave, washer/dryer, BBQ stove, a private terrace), However, the hotel has way too many rules and policies which makes it unwelcoming. If you infringe on any of these rules it will cost you. These rules include the hours of checking in and out, visiting hours of non-registered guests, losing of keys, among others. "My 12 year old daughter and I had a very comfortable stay. The room was basic but good. The grounds were beautiful -- I'd never seen a hummingbird in person before! My daughter enjoyed the pool, although it was small. The breakfast was excellent. And great service from the staff. Highly recommend!"

"Bambuda is fantastic. The location is excellent with breathtaking views of the mountains & countryside. The food in the restaurant is excellent & there are numerous options at all times of the day. The service at the front desk & at the restaurant are prefect: helpful, friendly, & enthusiastic. Taxi rides from the hotel to a variety of destinations are easy to get & inexpensive. I had a cabin with a balcony. It felt like a cabin in the mountains but with strong hot water in the shower. "
