"We had a fabulous couple of days here, from the personal welcome as you arrive and the glass of Prosecco as you check in, the staff were all very welcoming and work hard to make the stay special. The spa, the food, the cocktails were all great and thank you for our upgraded room, we loved it. "

"The hotel is in a great position, right by the lake. Plenty of areas to sit out weather permitting. Staff are friendly and helpful as well as being efficient. Near by some of the attractions of the area i.e. boats and steam train. Would definitely visit again."

"Excellent hotel, nothing to complain about. Stayed here to go to scafell pike which was around 25 minutes drive away. Also a beach around 10 minutes drive away. Hotel has a large car park, great outdoor space to sit as well. Only down side was we went to pool room and it was locked, got the staff to open it and got change for the table from the bar. Just as we were going to start playing noticed one cue was broken in half and the other the tip was missing. Dart board not in the best condition. So we left the room. Breakfast was great and served large portions, only down side was the next day tried the pancakes and those were only two litter ones you get. Also the food came out really fast once ordered. Overall great experience and would recommend to others. Nice, clean and friendly happy staff. "
