"Our stay would have been nice. We stopped over to get done rest before we get to Destin,FL. HOWEVER, we are very frustrated that we have to go down 3 times!!! A couple of them in the middle of the night because of the FIRE ALARM going off. The sad part too is there was not even a slight of an apology from the staff or any form of concern of the guests being inconvenient."

"As I'm giving this review, I am torn about what to say. As a person in the hospitality business, my heart goes out to this team. The facility is a newer facility... That's not the issue. One of the biggest issues anyone in the hospitality industry knows is getting good-quality people to do quality work... They will make you or break you. Even though the room was a very up-to-date hotel room, the people assigned to keeping it clean and tidy had a lot to be desired... They made up the bed and cleaned the toilet.... But the sink and the shower were dirty... In fact, the shower was filthy; it was full of hair and still had a ring where the previous person had showered. The floors were dirty... No one swept under anything, nor did they get out but dirt, trash, and debris from the corners and edges, and behind the door. I will say this... I did not find any dust, which was a good thing. Given the current hourly team, my suggestion is that you inspect your room before paying for it. Please don't get me started on the fire alarm... It started going off during this stay, around 10:00 or so, I did not stop fully until after 12:45, almost 1:00 a.m. ... Don't get me wrong, maintenance was trying to fix this problem, whatever it was... But it was, I think, for a short time."

"My partner left a power cord to his C-pap machine and he called to inquire about it. They did not even go to the room to see if it was still there and look in the room for items that may have been found and returned to the desk. They just immediately said that they could not fine it at all. I was not impress with the facility or the staff."
